Service Description
This service includes two 45-minute Zoom appointments with Dr. Sullivan. In the first session, we review your health history and key concerns to identify the most relevant areas of focus for your research review. In the second session, we walk through your personalized, research-backed educational insights and next steps taken from primary medical literature -- tailored to your conditions and goals. After your second appointment, you will receive a detailed discussion summary and a copy of your personalized research review and educational guide via email.
Cancellation Policy
To do the nature of this service and the extensive time taken to gather research studies prior to the appointment, your credit card will be charged 1 week before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 1 week of your scheduled appointment will incur the session fee charge. If you must cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, please email us at kathryn@chronicillnessconsulting.com. By completing your booking you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
