Service Description
During your initial intake appointment (held via Zoom), we will review your health history, current diet and lifestyle, and key concerns to gain a full understanding of your health journey and goals. You will receive a detailed summary of our discussion, and next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur the session fee charge. If you must cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, please email us at kathryn@chronicillnessconsulting.com. If you cancel before 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive a full refund. By completing your booking you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Thank you!
