During your 45-minute appointment (held via Zoom), we will discuss research-backed strategies to help you navigate your health journey with clarity and confidence. You will receive an extensive discussion summary and educational guide by email within one week following your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To do the nature of this service and the extensive time taken to gather research studies prior to the appointment, your credit card will be charged 1 week before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 1 week of your scheduled appointment will incur the session fee charge.
